Vancouver was followed by Vienna, Melbourne and Toronto in the top four, while Helsinki, Geneva, Zurich and Sydney also placed among the top-10 livable destinations.
I can agree with the cities placed in the top 10.
But if Vancouver is really better than Vienna or the other way around, that is about details and preferences.
I work with OBSV until April 2010 in Vancouver BC as one of the Coordinating Venue Technical Managers for the Winter Olympics 2010. I'm responsible for the planning, designing, engineering, installing and operating the Host Broadcast technical facilities in my venues; Cross Country, Biathlon, Ski Jumping, Hockey M/W and Speedskating. Additionally we coordinate and facilitate the Rights Holder's technical requirements within venues.
